Personal identification information
Personal identification information (PII) is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users register a comment, submit a message via the contact form, or subscribe to the newsletter. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name and email address. Users may, however, visit the Site anonymously. We collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, IP address, referring websites, access times, and the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized.
When Users leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the Users IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. A browser’s user agent string (UA) helps identify which browser is being used, what version, and on which operating system. Why We Collect Information
We may collect and Users personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to User inquiries, questions, and/or other requests more efficiently.
- To send periodic emails or newsletters regarding news, events, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each email.
- To improve or personalize User experience by understanding how Users navigate content and resources provided on the Site.
How We Protect Information
We employ appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Where We Send Information
This Site is scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by Sucuri’s SiteCheck. This Site is also part of a network of websites that protect against distributed brute force attacks. To enable this protection, the IP address of Users attempting to log into the Site is shared with a service provided by iThemes.com. This Site is hosted on a shared hosting service by SiteGround, and back-ups are stored and maintained by ManageWP.
How Long We Retain Information
We retain information only as long as necessary to maintain Site integrity and thereafter for a variety of legal or business purposes, such as those mandated by law.
How to Access, Update, or Delete Information
Users may request to receive an exported file of their personal information collected by the Site, including any data they provided to us. Users may also request their personal information be deleted. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes or any data necessary for products, services, or general inquiries made by the User.
Sharing Information and Third-Party Links
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to third parties. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters, storage of Site backups, or processing credit card information.
We may share User information with these third parties for those limited purposes and they are prohibited from utilizing, sharing, or retaining Users personal identification information for any other purpose. We may share generic aggregated non-personal identification regarding Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Please be aware that we are not responsible or liable for the content and practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. Disclosure of Collected Information
It may become necessary or appropriate to disclose Users personal identification information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena; to enforce our terms and conditions; and to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, or that of others.
Any information posted or disclosed by Users through comments, message boards, chat, profile pages and other services to which Users are able to post information and materials will become public information, and may be available to the general public, and may be redistributed through the Internet and other channels where they will reach an even broader audience.
We do not target or knowingly collect personal identification information from Users under the age of 16. If a User has provided us with such information, please contact us.
